training shoes vs. running shoes? HELP?
I purchased a pair of Nike training shoes but can I still run in them. Am not talking about running a full marathon just a couple miles like 2-5 miles and would you suggest wearing training shoes to a police academy

Training shoes are better.
They're more comfortable and light for running.
